How do I see the details of my liquidations?

From the Cleo portal you can check each liquidation with the breakdown of sales, commissions and the net amount deposited.
How do I cancel a purchase from the portal?

You can cancel purchases in whole or in part from the Cleo portal. If you need help, write to us at soporte@cleo.cl
How can I view purchases made with Cleo?

Log in to the Cleo portal with your credentials. From the Dashboard you can see all your sales and the details of each transaction.
Do you have technical documentation for developers?

Yes. You can access our documentation to integrate directly with your development team.

Does integration have a cost?

No. There's no cost to integrate Cleo.
How long does it take to integrate Cleo?

Developments depend on the type of integration that trade has. It can take at least 1 week.
Can I use just one of Cleo's products?

Yes. You can integrate only the products you need: BNPL, Transfer-in, Transfer-out, or any combination.
What fees does Cleo charge?

What are the banks with which you can make payments through Cleo?

What is Cleo?

Cleo is a payment platform that allows you to offer card-free installments (BNPL), accept direct bank transfers at your checkout, and automate withdrawals to your users' bank accounts.
What if my customer wants to return a product?

Returns are managed by your store according to your policy. Once confirmed, you can make the refund from the Cleo portal and we cancel the customer's debt.
Do I need to make technical changes to my store?

In a physical store, no. You just need to learn how to use Cleo's software, which is simple and fast.
What happens if my client is rejected?

You can offer other payment options, such as a bank button transfer.
What happens if a customer doesn't pay?

You receive the full payment while Cleo assumes the collection risk. To use Cleo, the customer signs a contract, and if he doesn't pay his fees, he can be reported to Dicom.
When do I receive payment for purchases made with Cleo?

Deposits for purchases at your store are made the next business day, unless you have requested a specific date.
Can I offer installments and installments at the same time?

No, they are different modalities.
How do odds work with Cleo?

Your customer chooses to pay in installments or in installments during checkout, without the need for a credit card (only with their RUT). You receive payment in less than 48 hours and Cleo assumes 100% of the collection risk, being responsible for collecting the fees from the customer and for any management in case of default or default.
